Sustainable logistics centres in times of crisis

With its multicube concept, which the pfenning Group has been pursuing for over twelve years, the company aims to set standards in terms of sustainable construction methods for logistics properties. The latest new construction of the multicube osthessen in Ludwigsau near Bad Hersfeld represents a further development of this approach. In view of the gas crisis triggered by the war in Ukraine, pfenning has decided to make its operations completely independent of fossil fuels.
