Green warehouse logistics
The energy costs of storing and transporting goods are significant and often have a high environmental price tag. We invest in energy-efficient technologies for our warehouses and use renewable energy sources to minimise our energy consumption and reduce our environmental impact. Our multicube warehouses have received countless sustainability awards in recent years, such as DGNB Platinum certification, due to their CO2-neutral storage, rooftop solar panels and insulation. Particularly noteworthy is the multicube rhein-neckar, which has held first place among all new-build industrial facilities in Europe since 2012. It also has Europe’s largest crystalline rooftop solar system.
