pfenning Group takes over Logosys

The pfenning Group is expanding its service portfolio with the strategic acquisition of the pharmaceutical logistics group Logosys from Darmstadt. With retroactive effect from 01 January
2024, the transaction was completed with a 100 per cent stake.
